- Regularly report project performance metrics, highlighting accomplishments, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following agile methodologies, ensuring smooth and collaborative teamwork.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project progress, challenges, and changes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project timelines, risks, and key decisions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed business needs and objectives.
