Assistant Vice President - Order To Cash

- Applicant should have rich exposure in end-to-end O2C process such as Cash applications, Order Management, Invoicing and Collections.

- Should have exposure in leading Digital Transformation.

- Exposure in driving process improvements and optimizing the order to cash cycle.

- Should be excellent in client & stakeholder management.

- This will be a people management role, person will be responsible for managing a team of 100-150+ people.

Work Model - Office

- Need to focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change

- Develop & manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively liaise with all Key Stakeholders

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Responsibilities:

- Be a specialist in the Domain of OTC and drive projects for aligning to Global Design

- Excellent knowledge of ERP Applications, Workflow Tools etc.

- Drive Digital implementations of new tools - troubleshoot issues and customize digital implementations.

- Train teams on digital tools implementation and drive adoption
