Job Description
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics or allied fields.
- 4+ years of experience in Analog design or validation.
- To perform functional, structural, and reliability (aging) validation of Analog IPs.
- Conduct integration testing with various other IPs for SoC development.
- Analyze and validate Analog IPs for functionality and reliability.
- Perform aging simulations, including HCI and BTI analysis, using industry-standard tools.
- Develop and execute test cases in an Analog environment.
- Circuit-level understanding of basic Analog building blocks such as operational amplifiers (opamps), current mirrors, voltage regulators, DACs, and ADCs.
- Proficiency in Analog IP design or validation.
- Experience with Virtuoso schematic and simulation environments.
- Familiarity with Analog simulators like Spectre, Finesim, and AFS.
- Understanding of parasitic extraction and simulation.
- Knowledge of aging analysis, aging models (HCI and BTI), and related tools.
- Strong scripting and test case development skills in Analog environments.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Accurate and efficient validation of Analog IPs within project deadlines.
- Effective integration testing with minimal defects in SoC development.
- Improved reliability simulations with clear documentation and reporting.
