Job Description

Were seeking a talented Analog-RF Design Flow and Tool Developer to join our international team. Youll play a vital role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing critical software tools used by our clients design centers. This position offers the opportunity to contribute throughout the software lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to deployment, testing, and ongoing support.

Activity scope

Software Development and Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and enhance custom software tools integrated with the Cadence Virtuoso platform to streamline the design and verification process.
Development and enrichment of the Functional Regression Test. Validate each delivery of our internal products.

Responsibilities

Define , develop , validate and deploy multiple internal software solutions associated to Cadence Virtuoso framework:
Development, maintenance and support of an internal software solution dedicated to design workspace setup.
Development, maintenance and support of a collection of internal utilities linked to Cadence Virtuoso framework(mainly coded in Skill, Python, Bash)
Create technical documentation on procedures and flows
Validate all new releases of our software based on a list of internal test cases:
Extend and enrich the automated test infrastructure based on an internal testing solution
Define test plans
Analyze test results for each intermediate and final product release.
Provide tests reports

Qualifications

B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Electronics Engineering or Software Developer
Experienced in customization of Cadence IC Design Environment
Mandatory programming languages:
Cadence SKILL expert level, Shell
Python expert (math / string manipulation / basic dialogs / web API interactions)
Linux system basics / Compilation (Python / QT and PyQt compilation)

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of following items is a plus:

Open Source Software (OSS) basic knowledge (Which OSS can be reused or not, copyright management)
Object-Oriented programming (C/C++, )
Unitary/functional testing.
