General Manager Sales and Marketing

- Minimum of 20 years of experience in channel & market expansion through dealers and distributors in Building materials Industry.

- Minimum Experience of 5 to 7 years in Plywood, Gypsum or MDF categories must. Develop and Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue & profitability targets of Niche Marketing vertical.

- Generate revenues by establishing our Board Products through alternative board selling outlets like Plywood, MDF,Gypsum,WPC etc.

- Organise demand generation activities to enhance the awareness about the superior properties of HILUX/HICEM over alternative products like Plywood, MDF, etc.

- Exposure in handling multiple States & Regions would be desirable.

- Experience in managing the sales team with diverse language and culture.

- Mentoring and coaching the sales team to achieve the sales objectives.

- Co-ordinate with the other support functions & provide superior experience to Channel Partners, Influencers and Customers.

- Should have good analytical skills to have data driven-approach.

- Knowledge of spoken Hindi is necessary.
