Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities -

Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations at client locations.
• Present the companys offerings in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Provide after-sales support to address any issues, concerns, or additional needs.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales in assigned territories or sectors.

Market & Competitor Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback to management on competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market demands.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date on the companys products, services, and promotions.
• Provide insights and recommendations on how to position products in the market effectively.
