Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Qualification:

  • Identify and qualify inbound leads to understand customer needs.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and ensure strong lead conversion.

2. Lead Engagement & Nurturing:

  • Warm up leads through customer interaction via messages and emails.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and provide necessary guidance.

3. Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the database.
  • Monitor lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.

4. Sales Oriented Tasks:

  • Apply sales acumen to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi is preferred but not required.

Education: A degree in any field is required.

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in B2C sales or cold calling.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A knack for sales and the ability to close deals effectively.

Work Environment:

  • Flexible shifts; willingness to adjust to varying schedules.
  • Office-based role, requiring daily attendance.
