Role Overview:

Support client onboarding, market research, and partnership management while creating and managing engaging social media content to enhance employer branding. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and a creative mindset, with 6+ months of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development Support:
• Assist the Partnerships & Alliances team in identifying and onboarding new clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Support in preparing and delivering client pitches and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership deliverables.
• Track and manage the closure of partnership deals.
2. Employer Branding Support:
• Ideate, curate, and manage engaging content for the social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent and effective communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, graphics, and other materials for campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, BCA, or a related technical domain.
• Minimum of 6 months of internship experience in business development, partnerships, social media management, or a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is a plus.
