Job Summary:


We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our educational courses. Whether you're joining as an intern or full-time professional, this role offers a unique opportunity to connect with potential students, understand their educational needs, and help them achieve their career goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with potential students through various channels (calls, emails, chats) to promote our courses.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis and provide tailored solutions to prospective students.
  • Guide prospects on GeeksforGeeks (GFG) courses and convert them into successful enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential students, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related fields.
  • For interns: Recent graduates or students with a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.
  • For full-time: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and proficient in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Must have a personal laptop and mobile phone for work.
