We are seeking an Account Manager to help strengthen relationships with existing clients, onboard new HR and hiring managers, and assist in fulfilling their recruitment needs.

Role & responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Connect with HR and hiring managers to onboard them as new clients and guide them through the process of using GeeksforGeeks platform to meet their recruitment needs.
• Requirement Analysis: Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, and desired candidate profiles. Help them post these job requirements on the GeeksforGeeks platform effectively.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the services and are able to utilize the platform to its full potential.
• Client Base Expansion: Proactively engage with potential clients to grow GeeksforGeeks' customer base by targeting new HR professionals and hiring managers across industries.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor client success, track the effectiveness of job postings, and provide clients with regular updates on performance metrics and candidate engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with online job portals, HR tools, and recruitment processes is a plus
