Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for real estate projects, including digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Oversee marketing management tasks such as brand development, advertising planning, and event organization.
• Candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics
• Campaign Execution Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Content Creation Develop engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Social Media Management Manage and grow the companys social media profiles, creating regular posts and engaging with the audience.
• Market research Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
• Performance Tracking Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights for optimization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO techniques, and social media platforms.
• Excellent vendor management skills with ability to negotiate contracts effectively.
• Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies that drive results.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
