Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing New Influencers: Identify and onboard relevant YouTube influencers aligned with brand objectives.
• Influencer Alignment: Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
• Negotiation: Handle influencer contracts, pricing, and deliverables to maximize ROI.
• Output Delivery: Ensure timely execution and delivery of influencer campaigns as per agreed timelines.
• Tracking & Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer strategies.
