Execution Engineer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Execution Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage construction site activities. The ideal candidate will ensure project execution aligns with approved plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision:
   
• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely progress as per project schedules.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
2. Quality Control:
   
• Inspect ongoing construction to ensure adherence to design, standards, and specifications.
• Identify and rectify quality issues during execution.
3. Planning and Coordination:
   
• Collaborate with design and planning teams for seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for timely resource availability.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
   
• Maintain records of work progress, labor, materials, and equipment used.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to senior management.
5. Safety and Compliance:
   
• Enforce safety protocols on-site and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and address any identified hazards.
6. Cost and Resource Management:
   
• Optimize resource allocation to minimize wastage and control project costs.
• Track and report material consumption against estimates.
