Human Resource Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations by resolving grievances, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  
• Coordinate offer negotiations, exit formalities, inventory management, HR policies, attendance management, payroll processing, onboarding new employees.
  
• Prepare salaries for all employees based on their performance appraisals.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks related to recruitment (sourcing candidates) and maintain accurate records.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar field.
  
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word).
