Business Manager
- We are looking for an experienced Business Manager who can bring more business to the organization and someone who can engage with all the senior stakeholders and keep them in the loop regarding any developments in the business.
- Business managers need to be able to multi-task, have good decision-making abilities, have leadership skills.
Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)
Responsibilities:
Generating new business opportunities:
- Promoting and developing the company's brand and building awareness about it with customers.
- Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and influencers to enhance business.
- Assessing new opportunities to focus on opportunities.
- Managing various business proposals and submissions.
- Participating in new business negotiations.
- Oversee and supervise a company's activities to ensure that the employees are aligned with the company's goals.
Negotiating and Finalising Contracts:
- Manage the launch events of new games across multiple platforms.
- Onboard small gaming companies and help them in publishing their game.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7-15 years
- Good exposure and understanding of the gaming market.
- Quick learner, confident and good presentation skills.
- Keen attention to detail and good at spotting opportunities.
- Client/Agency relationship exposure with strong relationship management skills.
- Go-Getter attitude and responsibility to close all loops.
- Excellent contacts in the industry to get new opportunities.
- Strong track record in developing leads, conducting meetings and translating them into recurring business.
- High ambition backed with solid work ethic and desire to excel and outperform in a fast-growing company and rapidly evolving industry.
- Excellent Communications skills: written & verbal
