Gametion Technologies Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Marketing Manager who can work independently and strategically (to plan and execute), as well as collaboratively with the supporting teams and tactically reach the established goals.
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in the mobile gaming/TV/media industry.
The successful candidate should possess strong organizational planning skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, and should be able to manage multiple Products without losing focus.
He/she should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Candidates should have experience working with the team, outsource vendors, Product Managers, and carrying out successful business deals.
JOB LOCATION: Navi Mumbai (Belapur).
Responsibility:
- Create corporate documents (company profile/corporate AV/marketing kits/company product profile/campus hiring kits) for Investors, analysts & bankers.
- Be responsible for Advertising & Marketing - brand campaign/product campaign/media planning and executions/industry events.
- Actively participate in conferences and be part of event collaterals.
- Managing CEO media engagements across multiple platforms (events/schools/colleges/industry association).
- Manage external media communications and public relations scope : Brand positioning & product representation in media, crisis communication support, organising interviews with press/TV/media analysts.
- Manage business development and online marketing : Branding for partnership, Marketing, identify opportunities and do promotions.
- Manage digital media and online public relations : Tracking and monitoring conversations on social media, Business Intelligence, Media monitoring and analysis, Sentiment Analysis.
- Manage the social media : build corporate pages, ensure uniformity in content, ensure simplicity in content on all platforms.
Knowledge and Skills:
- 8-12 yrs of experience in business development, digital marketing, branding.
- Good connections in TV and media industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in business negotiation.
- Ability to present product information, business opportunities and progress to a large audience including CEO and Directors.
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
