Gallagher - Specialist - Compensation & Benefits (4-7 yrs)

- This role will be Responsible for supporting in managing overall Employee Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards for GCOE.

- Play critical role in Designing and Developing C&B Policies and Compensation Structures.

- Implement Comp & Ben processes which support and align with the business's needs and strategy.

- Basic knowledge India Compliances in C&B - such as PF, Gratuity, Statutory Bonus, CTC structures, Insurances.

- This role will be Responsible for supporting in managing overall Employee Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards.

- Conduct C&B audits and implement necessary controls to fix the gaps.

- Manage C&B processes like Budgeting, Salary Increment Planning, Bonus Planning, New Benefits introduction.

- Analyze Compensation Report against Market Trends and proposes necessary recommendation.

- Execute Salary Surveys and Compensation Benchmarking process.

- Responsible in ensuring that the compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.

- Deal with internal & external team members and stake holders, Provide analysis and reports to the stakeholders on compensation and benefits programs as required.
