Team Manager / Senior Team Manager - Sales

Role & responsibilities

As the Sales Team Leader, you are responsible for monitoring, evaluating and managing the sales teams performance to ensure theyre meeting their targets. This includes providing feedback, guidance, coaching and conducting regular performance reviews. Your role is to identify areas of strengths and improvement, and work with the team to bridge gaps and continuously improve their performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in B2B or Lead Generation is a must.

Should be ok with Night Shifts.
