Yardi Elevate Consultant

What we are Looking for:

The role requires expertise in Yardi Elevate with a focus on Procure to Pay, Lender Draws, CapEx (Capital Expenditures), Tenant Improvements (TI), and Lease Commission Invoices. The consultant will help optimize the systems performance, manage configurations, implement enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Yardi Elevate Implementation and Support

• Customize and configure Yardi Elevate modules for business needs.
• Provide support for processes like Lender Draws, CapEx, TI, and Lease Commission.
• Identify areas for system improvements and implement enhancements.

Lender Draws Process

• Manage and automate the Lender Draw process.
• Collaborate with finance and project teams to integrate schedules and payments

CapEx, Tenant Improvements, and Lease Commission Invoicing

• Configure workflows for CapEx budgeting and actuals tracking.
• Assist in managing TI and Lease Commission invoices, ensuring compliance.
• Generate detailed reports on project progress and financial impacts.

Data Integrity and Reporting

• Ensure accurate data across Yardis platform.
• Design custom reports and dashboards.
• Provide insights based on financial data analysis.

User Training and Documentation

• Conduct training to maximize Yardi Elevate usage.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with IT, finance, operations, and property management teams.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years working with the Yardi platform, specifically Yardi Elevate.
• Expertise in Lender Draws, CapEx management, TI workflows, and Lease Commission invoices.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Yardis database structure, reporting tools, and integrations.
• Experience with Yardi Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented and efficient.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate accounting principles and financial operations.
• Experience with project management methodologies for system implementations.
• Certifications in Yardi or related platforms.
