Supervisor, Yardi Commercial Real Estate

RSM is looking for a Supervisor to join our RSM Fund Services+ practices Product & Technology Team. • 6+ years of Private Equity/ Commercial Real Estate, Financial Services, Public Accounting, Property Accounting / Property Management / Back-office/Middle-Office, Software Companies Industry Experience
• Ability to interpret/applying the financial and operational terms of Property Management or Joint Venture Agreements for private equity & alternative investment funds
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, IT, Computer Science, Business Applications
• Proficient knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Yardi Commercial / Residential Suite knowledge a MUST !!
  • Proficient knowledge of property accounting software (MRI, JD Edwards, RealPage, Entrata, Appfolio, , etc.)
  • Kyriba, Bill.com, Tallie Emberse
  • Workiva
  • Blackline
  • smartsheet, Microsoft Sharepoint & Teams
  • SQL, Python, Alteryx, Java, .NET, C#, C++
  • PowerBI & VBA for Excel
  • ServiceNow
