Oversee expense processing Manage sales operations which involves electronic devices (iPad), detailing bags, visiting cards Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure 100% process compliance as per pre-defined policies Work with Commercial excellence team on data analytics Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth sales operations Collaborate with cross function teams like HR, Finance, IT to manage data requirements Design processes to optimize cycle time Monitor field operations for entry & exit employees Periodically publish MIS/ Dashboards of expense processed Design/edit existing policies matching with compliance requirement Able to communicate well in business language and ensure cordial relationship with sales team Financial planning to manage the operation budget requirements
