Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. MS Dynamics 365 Developer to contribute to and lead the development and implementation of D365 Business Central and LS Central solutions.

This role requires a strong individual contributor who can also provide technical guidance and contribute to solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Development & Implementation : Independently design, customize, and implement D365 Business Central and LS Central solutions using AL, C/AL, and third-party integrations, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

- Integration & Support : Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, CRM, and POS systems. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support.

- Technical Guidance & Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

- Solution Architecture Contribution : Contribute to the design and architecture of D365 solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Collaboration & Project Support : Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Documentation & Training : Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation and training materials for end-users and internal teams.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest advancements in D365 Business Central, LS Central, and Microsoft technologies, proactively seeking opportunities for professional development.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in D365 Business Central & LS Central implementation, customization, and support.

- Strong AL and C/AL programming skills.

- Expertise in SQL Server, database development, and Power BI reporting.

- Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and integrations (CRM, eCommerce, third-party apps).

- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and financial modules.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications in D365 Business Central or LS Central.

- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, .NET, and Visual Studio.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
