Job Description
GalaxEye
Space, is a deep-tech Space start-up spun off from IIT-Madras and is currently
based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We are dedicated to advancing the frontiers of
space exploration. Our mission is to develop cutting-edge solutions that
address the challenges of the modern space industry by specialising in
developing a constellation of miniaturised, multi-sensor SAR+EO satellites.
Strategic Support: Collaborate
with the Founders Office team on high-priority strategic initiatives & projects, providing research, analysis and
actionable insights.
Operational Excellence: Assist
in the management of day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and
seamless execution of tasks.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to streamline communication
and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Project Management: Oversee and
drive select projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
and alignment with strategic objectives.
Problem-Solving: Address ad hoc
challenges and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and overall
team productivity.
Requirements
Bachelordegree in B.Tech /
B.Eng / B.Com / BSc Economics or other relevant fields.
1 - 2 years of
post-qualification work experience, preferably in a Founders Office, strategy
or other similar roles.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
Proficiency in project
management and organisational tools.
Ability to work independently
in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. A proactive mindset with a willingness to take
ownership of tasks and responsibilities
