1. Position Brief

• Company: Gadre Marine Export Pvt Ltd
• Position Title / Designation: - Sales executive ( HoReCa + Retail)
• Reporting to:- ASM
• Subordinates: - NIL
• HQ Mangalore
• Area of working – Coastal & Central Karnataka
• CTC – 4-5 lacs per annum

2. Requirements

• Educational qualifications: - Graduate (Any steam)
• Experience: - Min 3 years’ experience in similar channel and geography
• Personality Traits:

- Good Communication Skills – Verbal & Written

- Proactive, Self – Driven

- Team Player

- Result Oriented & Action Oriented

- Ability to Work Under Pressure

- Planning, Prioritizing, concept selling.

• Market Knowledge – Relation with prospective clients
• Category knowledge – Frozen / Complementing categories
• Technical Knowledge about MS Office
• Geographic knowledge –in area of operation
• Channel Knowledge – Horeca & Retail

4. Duty & Activity required to be performed by this role

Achieve Sales Target

• Managing existing customers in HoReCa & Retail channel
• Open new clients for the Brand.
• Sampling and concept selling

Planning / Forecasting / Reporting

• Monthly requirement planning / forecasting
• Regular reporting as required in assigned formats
• Tracking, analysis and reviews

Customer relation, Distributor and account management

• Regular visits for maintaining repo, price hike negotiations, product related feedback if any etc.
• Distributor controls in billing, claims, inventory, reconciliation etc.
• Maintain strong business across entire customer base.
