Job Summary:

• Responsible for managing and enhancing our company's social media presence, involves creating engaging content, driving online engagement, and building our brand's online reputation.
• The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and well-versed in the latest social media trends and tools like Photography and Videomaking.
• Should be able to build a team with content creation, multimedia editing capabilities within one year

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and manage original content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Strategy Development: Plan and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer feedback.
• Campaign Management: Launch and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertisements.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance and generate regular reports.
• Collaboration: Work with the teams to align social media activities with company goals.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and voice.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a similar

industry.

Skills:

• Proficient in social media management tools. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
