Roles & Responsibilities
Warm Welcome & Member Greeting
Serve as the first point of contact, greeting members and their guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival.
Create a personalized experience by recognizing frequent members, addressing them by name, and anticipating their preferences.
Membership Assistance
Handle inquiries about membership benefits, club policies, and services.
Assist with membership-related tasks, such as renewals, updates to member profiles, or resolving access issues.
Facilitating Club Services
Coordinate reservations for dining, events, or facilities like a gym, spa, or private rooms.
Provide detailed information about club offerings, upcoming events, or special promotions to enhance member engagement.
Liaise with other departments (e.g., F&B, housekeeping, or event staff) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Problem Resolution
Address member complaints or concerns promptly and courteously, finding effective solutions to maintain satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to management when necessary, while keeping the member informed.
VIP & Guest Management
Pay special attention to VIP members or high-profile guests, ensuring their needs are met discreetly and efficiently.
Arrange personalized touches, like welcome amenities or tailored recommendations, based on their preferences.
Feedback Collection
Actively gather feedback through conversations, surveys, or comment cards to gauge member satisfaction.
Share insights with management to improve services or address recurring issues.
