Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Operations Management: Oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
✅ Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise F&B staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
✅ Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize food & beverage expenses to maximize profitability.
✅ Menu Development: Work with chefs and bartenders to create innovative menus that align with customer preferences and trends.
✅ Quality Control & Hygiene: Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.
✅ Customer Satisfaction: Handle guest feedback and maintain high service standards.
✅ Supplier & Inventory Management: Negotiate with suppliers, oversee inventory control, and ensure the availability of quality products.
✅ Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute F&B promotions, special events, and seasonal offerings to boost sales.
