Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive-Finance & Accounts

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Sr. Executive Accounts/Assistant Manager for accounting team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and GST regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and GST regulations.

3. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.

4. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

5. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.

6. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure timely completion.

7. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.

GST-Specific Responsibilities:

1. Ensure accurate GST compliance, including registration, returns, and payments.

2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and amendments.

3. Conduct GST audits and reviews to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

1. B.Com/M.com (Finance) or equivalent degree.

2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance.

3. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and GST regulations.

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Proficient in accounting software, such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
