Invoice processing

Settlement of Open ORM & EDPMS In Citi Bank

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Purchase Invoice Processing (Service, goods & Fixed Asset Inv.)

2. Domestic Vendor & Employee Payment.

3. Bank Charges Entry.

4. Vendor Reconciliation Domestic.

5. Foreign Payment Entry with proper document

6. Foreign Invoice Booking In ERP

7. Settlement of Open ORM & EDPMS In Citi Bank

8. HO & SRC INR A/c Bank Reconciliation.

9. Imprest Reconciliation & settlement on Monthly Basis.

10. Follow-up against vendor advance and settled against advance made.

11. Employee Reimbursements Process {(Travel & Telephone)}.

12. Monthly and annually closing preparation of Provision sheet, Posting of Inter Division open entrys.

13. RTGS details to be shared to respective department as per required.

14. Annual Audits details as per required by Auditors.

15. Accounting Entry of Pulse Pharma Annually.

Qualification & Experience:- Min. 3 years of experience in day to day accounting. Any graduate
