Chief Compliance Officer - NBFC (15-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Finalization of financial statements, conduct of its Audit & Overseeing the overall accounting process

- Ensuring compliances like consolidation, separate reporting on the operating effectiveness of internal controls, enhanced disclosure requirements, etc.

- Responsible for adhering to accounting standards & taking steps for appointment of central Statutory Auditors, Branch Statutory Auditors, Branch Tax Auditors, etc.

- Framing of all policies related to Finance, Treasury & Accounts and review of the same periodically & Responsible for filing financial statements with SEBI, Registrar of Companies, RBI, NHB, IRDAI, such other authorities

- Taxation & Regulatory compliances; Direct & Indirect taxation including GST, filing of returns, assessments, appearance for hearing, appeals & handling of cases till settlement and follow-up for refund, Profit Planning & Liability management, fund mobilisation through banking and money market channels

- Asset Liability Management in coordination with Risk Management department

- Interaction with fund/Treasury Managers, investment of surplus fund; Liaising with merchant bankers and investment Bankers/PE funds for raising capital; Roping quality investors to invest In the Company both in debt as well as in the equity

- Meeting the analysts and briefing them on the Company, within the purview of code of conduct & Pricing the product

- Providing strategic information support to Senior Management & Take active participation in the preparation of vision document for the Company

- Responsible for providing various inputs for meeting the enhanced board report requirements

- Monitoring branch operations, branch books, review and rectification of branch operational system, Branch profitability monitoring

- Discharge Regulatory responsibilities like setting up a solid regulatory and compliance framework and ensuring timely approval for related party transactions

- Responsible for maintenance of books of account and disclosure of Financial Information in offer documents, annual returns and annual reports
