Associate Vice President/Vice President - Operations

KRA's:

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures - oversee day to day operations.

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth tracking - work closely to execute data for board members.

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision - instil cost optimisation measures, and other processes.

- Coordinate with business, clients and trustees to ensure compliance of KYC requirements.

- Liaisoning with business, treasury and accounts to ensure smooth disbursement process.

- Putting in the related policies for internal compliances and processes to be followed for post disbursal activities. Also, ensure that the internal policies are meeting the standards required and make modifications whenever required, periodically.

- Tracking of security creation and covenants as specified in the sanctioned terms prior and post disbursements and matching internal compliance policies.

- Tracking and managing transaction records in the loan management system (LMS).

- Preparing payment schedule and tracking receipts of all Interest and Principal payments as per schedule.
