We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative specializing in voice process to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by reaching out to prospects, presenting our solutions, and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline.
What will you do at Fynd?
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to create interest in our products/services.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead follow-up and closure.
Some specific Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in cold calling or inside sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills.
- Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- This is going to be contractual role for 6months
