Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced professional for the role of DGM - Business Strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency. This role will require a strong understanding of industry dynamics, an ability to think ahead of market trends, and the expertise to drive long-term sustainable success for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies aimed at driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Business Planning: Develop detailed business plans and forecasts, setting clear objectives and KPIs, and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and R&D to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify, evaluate, and recommend new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to strengthen the company's market position.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership, using data-driven insights to recommend adjustments where necessary.
- Customer-Centric Strategy: Leverage customer insights to refine and enhance strategies, ensuring the company's offerings remain relevant and aligned with market demand.
- Sustainability & Innovation: Drive innovation and sustainability efforts, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the clean energy and home electrical solutions industry.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: MBA or equivalent in Business Administration, Strategy, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 10-15 years of experience in business strategy, corporate planning, or management consulting, with a preference for experience in power backup, electrical, or solar energy industries.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of working with senior management teams and leading strategic initiatives across multiple functions.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive alignment across the organization.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive and innovative approach to identifying opportunities, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
