- Recommend new business initiatives to strengthen the company's market position.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Continuously track the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

- Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to senior leadership.

- Recommend necessary adjustments to improve strategic outcomes.

Customer-Centric Strategy:

- Use customer insights to adjust and refine strategies to stay aligned with market demand.

- Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through innovative solutions.

Sustainability & Innovation:

- Lead sustainability initiatives to keep the company at the forefront of the clean energy and home electrical solutions industry.

- Encourage innovation to ensure the company stays competitive and meets future market needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Education: MBA or an equivalent degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related fields.

- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in business strategy, corporate planning, or management consulting, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the power backup, electrical, or solar energy industries.

Leadership Experience:

- Proven experience in collaborating with senior management and leading cross-functional teams.

- Ability to lead strategic initiatives across different functions within the company.

Analytical Expertise:

- Strong ability to analyze market data and business metrics, and translate them into actionable insights.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong ability to influence and align key stakeholders and leadership.
