Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: MBA or an equivalent degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related fields.
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in business strategy, corporate planning, or management consulting, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the power backup, electrical, or solar energy industries.
Leadership Experience:
- Proven experience in collaborating with senior management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives across different functions within the company.
Analytical Expertise:
- Strong ability to analyze market data and business metrics, and translate them into actionable insights.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
