- Job Title: Legal Compliance ManagerJob Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, PuneExperience: 4+ YearsShift: 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday to FridayQualification:Graduation / Post-Graduation in LawJob
- Description: 4+ years experience in litigation, corporate law and contract management,
- Legal Compliance and Procurement Should have in-depth knowledge of various legal issues that cover contracting fundamentals, as well as exceptional skills in review, negotiating and finalize contracts, legal report and documentations
- Conducting extensive research using writing and executive administration skills Leverage unique combination of Indian & International Corporate Legal Sector
- Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Commercial Contracts and Employment
- Contracts Guiding management on regulatory and compliance matters Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products Representing the corporation before administrative boards
- Ensure the legality of commercial transactions Establish company policy according to legal issues
- Manage all contracts, legal reports and documents Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate legal affair
- Good understanding of Contract law, NDA, MSA, Commercial agreements Worked for International Projects specifically for US, India, UAE laws
- Excellent writing and communication skills Good analytical and interpretation skills Risk assessment Key-skills required: Contract
- Drafting, Contract review, Employment law, Commercial Law Nice to have Skills: UAE Laws, Experience in IT firm
