Job Description
- * Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
- * Linux experience, and basic knowledge (log browsing on a Linux VM, basic scripting, file management on a Linux environment etc
- * Database experience, MySQL, SQL, MongoDB and similar
- (Knowledge of SQL language is Mandatory)
- * Cloud experience, Azure, Google Cloud (Nice to have)
- * Experience with monitoring, metrics, monitors and APM tools (Nice to have)
- * Tools might include: jenkins, ldap, FTP client and server experience, basic VPN access, experience with linux services, systemctl and similar, tomcat experience, apache httpd, load balancing, spring boot troubleshooting and more * Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
- Experience with Atlassian products
- Familiar with API and Database queries
- Must have skills: * MySQL, Java, Linux, Troubleshooting * Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- * Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
- * Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- * Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Nice to have skills: * Java is a nice to have, as most of our applications run on java
