Job Description
- Create new client accounts and update existing accounts upon client request.
- Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
- Create product documents, wireframes, and prototypes, work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
- Conduct product demos to support sales, provide training to customers, and support go-to-market strategies, etc.
- Interacting with customers, assisting them, solicit feedback on products and services.
