Job Description

Hiring for the role of Business Development Executive:


Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Communication:
    • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
    • Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing relationships.

2.Needs Assessment:

    • Understand and assess customer needs, tailoring sales strategies accordingly.

3. Information Sharing:

    • Provide detailed product information to customers via phone and email.

4 Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed on product features, services, and offerings to ensure accurate and current information is shared with customers.

5 Lead Management:

    • Build and maintain an organized database of both current and potential customers.

6 Product Demonstrations:

    • Present and explain product features clearly to prospective clients.

7 Market Awareness:

    • Stay updated on competitors and industry trends, adapting sales strategies to remain competitive.

8 Upselling:

    • Promote additional products and services to both new and existing customers.

9 Lead Qualification:

    • Research and qualify new leads to expand the sales pipeline.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals by successfully closing deals and achieving sales quotas.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in inside sales or similar roles with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas, especially over the phone.

Location:

Besides Doddakallasandra Metro Station, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore Experience: 1-5 Years Qualification: Any graduate Languages: English and Tamil/Hindi

  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
    • Exceptional phone etiquette and cold-calling skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil/Hindi.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and address concerns.
    • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and customer complaints effectively.
