Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Corporate Relations to lead our initiatives in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating job opportunities for fresh graduates, organizing job fairs, and hosting HR meetups. This role is crucial in ensuring our students and alumni have access to diverse employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to generate job opportunities for fresh graduates across various industries.

- Build strong relationships with corporate partners, HR leaders, and industry stakeholders.

- Organize and manage job fairs, campus placements, and HR meetups.

- Lead initiatives to engage corporate partners in recruitment drives and talent acquisition - programs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the hiring needs and skill requirements of partner organizations.

- Regularly meet with corporate clients to maintain strong partnerships and secure hiring commitments.

- Develop and execute a corporate outreach strategy that aligns with organizational goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices to improve job placement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in corporate relations, business development, or similar roles, ideally within the education or recruitment sector.

- Proven experience in organizing large-scale job fairs, HR events, and corporate partnerships.

- Strong network of corporate contacts and HR professionals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and hiring trends.

- Experience in engaging with educational institutions or universities.

- Strong project management skills.
