Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Corporate Relations to lead our initiatives in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating job opportunities for fresh graduates, organising job fairs, and hosting HR meetups.
- This role is crucial in ensuring our students and alumni have access to diverse employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate job opportunities for fresh graduates across various industries.
- Build strong relationships with corporate partners, HR leaders, and industry stakeholders.
- Organize and manage job fairs, campus placements, and HR meetups.
- Lead initiatives to engage corporate partners in recruitment drives and talent acquisition programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the hiring needs and skill requirements of partner organization.
- Regularly meet with corporate clients to maintain strong partnerships and secure hiring commitments.
- Develop and execute a corporate outreach strategy that aligns with organisational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices to improve job placement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in corporate relations, business development, or similar roles, ideally within the education or recruitment sector.
- Proven experience in organising large-scale job fairs, HR events, and corporate partnerships.
- Strong network of corporate contacts and HR professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and hiring trends.
- Experience in engaging with educational institutions or universities.
