Very good hands on Experience on SAP Payroll Schemas and PCRs and should be able to work and deliver independently. Good Understanding of SAP-US payroll (Gross to Net), Garnishment processing, Benefits (401K), Remuneration Statement and Payroll posting to Finance Experienced in handling and implementing multiple Unions (involving complex labor rules) using SAP Time / Payroll Schema and Personnel Calculation Rules. Implementation and Lead / coordination experience with handling inbound / outbound, Interfaces involving SAP -HCM, SAP-Time Management/CATS and Legacy Time recording / scheduling systems Exposure to Integration with Legacy Time Management to bring complex work schedule shift scheduling data in SAP. Exposure to Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS).
