Fusie Engineers is a rapidly growing engineering consultancy specializing in offshore, marine, renewable energy, and heavy civil sectors. Since our founding in 2020, we've expanded to a team of 60+ professionals, delivering innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges worldwide.

Role Overview: We're looking for an experienced Business Developer to spearhead our expansion into key new markets across Asia, Americas, and Africa. The ideal candidate will bring relevant industry experience from marine, offshore wind, heavy civil, or oil & gas sectors to drive our growth in these markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute market entry strategies for Asia, America, and Africa
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across our key sectors: marine, offshore wind, heavy civil, and oil & gas
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
• Work closely with our engineering teams to understand and communicate our service capabilities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of business development experience specifically in marine, offshore wind, heavy civil, or oil & gas sectors
• Track record of successful client relationship management in relevant industries
• Strong understanding of industry dynamics and technical requirements
• Good communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Engineering background (any discipline)
• Experience with classification societies and industry standards
• Knowledge of international maritime and construction regulations
• Understanding of technical documentation and engineering drawings
