• HCM Pro certification (Integration Pro / Functional Pro)

• 13 years of experience with Workday HCM configuration, including Staffing, ESS, Security, Reporting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and User Experience.
• Strong understanding of crossproduct functionality in Workday (eg, Organizations, Language Translation, Job Catalog, Delegation, Branding, Crosstenant configuration).
• Proven ability to contribute to solutioning discussions and support decisions related to system functionality and improvements.
• Knowledge of current Workday features, capabilities, and market trends.
• Experience working in an iterative or agile software development environment, with a preference for familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile).
