Responsibilities
Application Development Develop and maintain highquality web applications focused on customer experience in the BFSI sector, including customer onboarding journeys, internet banking, and transaction banking applications
FrontEnd & BackEnd Development Design and implement userfriendly, responsive frontend interfaces and scalable backend systems using modern technologies
API Development & Integration Build and integrate APIs to connect with thirdparty services, banking platforms, and legacy systems to enable smooth transactions and data exchanges
Cloud and DevOps Practices Implement cloudnative solutions with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and ensure application scalability and security
Collaborative Development Work closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other team members to understand business requirements and deliver seamless user journeys for banking clients
Security and Compliance Ensure the applications comply with BFSI industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices (e
g

Performance Optimization Ensure highperformance, scalability, and availability of banking applications by implementing best practices for database design, caching, and load balancing
Testing & Debugging Write unit and integration tests to ensure the stability of the applications, and debug performance issues in realtime environments

Web Development Expertise in building responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS libraries
Database Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) for scalable data storage solutions
APIs & Microservices Handson experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Version Control & CI/CD Proficient with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins for code versioning, containerization, and automated deployments
Banking Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of banking products, customer onboarding processes, transaction banking, and corporate banking workflows
Agile Methodology Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment, delivering iterative and incremental products
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors/Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in fullstack development, preferably within the BFSI domain
Prior experience with customer onboarding journeys, corporate banking websites, and internet banking portals is essential
Solid understanding of security, authentication, and encryption protocols relevant to financial services
Experience with DevOps tools and cloudbased architectures is a plus
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with LoS (Loan Origination Systems) workflows
Knowledge of Open Banking and APIled architecture
Prior experience with building scalable transaction banking systems and Customer onboarding journeys
Experience in integrating thirdparty banking solutions like payment gateways, KYC services, BRE, etc
