Technical Services Engineer

Roles and Responsibility:

• Manage and monitor the Intune environment and its components, such as Groups, Configuration profiles, device profiles, bash scripts, applications, and reports.
• Deploy, configure, and update MAC devices, iPhone, iPad - applications, and settings using Intune.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MAC and Intune related issues, such as enrolment, authentication, connectivity, performance, and security.
• Provide technical support and training to end users and other IT staff on MAC and Intune related topics.
• Document and maintain the MAC and Intune policies, procedures, packages - DMG/PKG/LOB Apps and best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure the compatibility and integration of MAC and Intune solutions with other systems and platforms.
• Research and evaluate new MAC and Intune technologies and trends to improve the MAC and JAMF environment and user experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in MAC Enterprise support and Intune administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of MAC OS, Intune, and related technologies, such as Azure Active Directory, SSO, conditional access, Device Compliance, Configuration profiles and Scripting.
• Proficient in scripting languages, such as Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
• Knowledge on other MDMs such as JAMF and others are preferred. Build automated solutions and initiative to improve end user experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
