Technical Services Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

• 10 years of experience in Linux and HP-UX infra with focus on Deployment/Automation/HA/Patch-Management/Troubleshooting complex issues.
• IN depth knowledge of HP-UX/SUSE Linux/RedHat ideally SUSE Candidate must be confident enough to say 8/10Should have hands-on /design experience on HP-UX and SUSE Manager, building fault-tolerant & high available systems.
• Should have experience on HP-UX ServiceGuard Cluster/Extended Distance Cluster and Metropolitan technology and SRDF/Sync technology.
• Should have experience in Cluster file-system and Familiarity with VMWare and SAN management and concepts.
• Should have experience on performance tuning and Server Hardening as per standardShould have the exposure working on automation tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, CrusFTPShould have knowledge or exposure on analyzing and resolving server crash, kernel panic issues using core dump.
• Should be able to build/Setup/Assess the running infrastructure and provide recommendation based on industry best practices to fill up the gaps and fine-tune the infrastructure.
• Regulatory maintain/build Best Practices & Run-books required.
• Maintain System Security vulnerability and compliance.
• Generate/audit systems regularly.
• SCA or SCE in SUSE Linux or equivalent certifications.
