- Support to the regional team for execution of sample, training activities
- Making site audits & inspections for application checks
- Alline supervisors for sample, training, Mason meets over various sites.
- Ability to train Contractors, Engineer teams, QA/QC teams, PMC regarding MYK Laticrete products.
- Generating reports on site & maintaining data for analysis
- Product complaint handling & Trouble shooting
- Major project site visits, discussion with project stakeholders.
- Work closely with Technical Service Manager
- Technical presentation to the stack holders, Engineering & Architectural collages
