Technical Services Engineer Expert

Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Network Operation Specialist to join our Network Operations team.

The ideal candidate must possess 11 to 13 years of hands-on experience in network operations, with a strong focus on CISCO, Juniper, and Palo Alto platforms. Previous experience in a production network environment, particularly in security, LAN, and WAN, is highly valued.
The Network Operation Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the uptime of critical services, monitoring network performance, and providing advanced troubleshooting support 24X365. The role requires effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to resolve incidents and implement best practices.
With the goal of achieving a service uptime of 99.99 and minimizing Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR), the position requires proactive monitoring and cross-functional communication to address incidents and optimize network performance.
Provide mentorship and guidance to L2 engineers, enhancing their technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
