Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and target-driven Tele sales Executives to join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective B2B Clients and converting leads into sales. If you are passionate about tele-sales, have strong communication skills, and are equipped with the necessary tools (Android phone and laptop), we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, pitching services.

- Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales.

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

- Follow up on sales leads and handle customer inquiries effectively.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 1-4 years of experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer service.

- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).

- Ability to close sales and handle objections.

- Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

- Must have an Android phone and a laptop for work purposes.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
