Job Description: Outbound Sales - Executive/Senior Executive

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. As a key player in our outbound sales strategy, you will be expected to actively engage with prospects, deliver compelling sales pitches, and close deals that contribute to the company's revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Outreach :

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, presenting the company's products and services in a persuasive and professional manner.

- Customize sales pitches to meet the needs and interests of each prospect.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering solutions that align with their goals.

- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Target Achievement :

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the sales department.

- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Coordination :

- Work closely with the Customer Delight & Business Development team to align outbound sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotions.

- Collaborate with the customer service and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B sales.

- Communication: Good verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present to clients. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with sales automation tools is a plus.

- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Self-Motivation: High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.

- Must have an Android phone.
